Top Gun Lands 14 National Head Coach From Nebraska
Travis Meyer has accepted the position of Head Coach for the 14 National Team comprised of '06 and '07 players from across the Midwest. Travis has over 10 years coaching experience with clubs such as Nebraska Gold, Nebraska Nemesis and Iowa Premier. Travis is currently the head coach at Malcolm High School in Malcolm, NE where his teams have placed 2nd and 4th in the State Championships over the past 3 years. Previously,Coach Meyer was the head coach at Lincoln NorthStar HS in Lincoln, NE where his teams made the State Tournament each of the 3 years that he coached.
Travis has a deep baseball and softball background. A former Division 1 Infielder and Catcher at Ohio State and East Carolina, Travis was also a catcher professionally in the Los Angeles Dodgers Organization.

The 14 National Team will compete at the highest levels, including the Colorado Sparkler, World Fastpitch Championships, Tulsa Elite Invitational, Top Gun Invitational, Bolts 5 Star Showcases and PGF Championships.
