Here are instructions on how to get in the Player Locker and order your 2024/2025 Season Bundle (no, we aren't switching to pink 🎀):

 

  1. Create your Locker Room account lockerroom.maruccisports.com

  2. Head to your email and ACCEPT INVITE

  3. Fill out your contact info and click SIGN UP

  4. Code: Maverick2025

  5. Click TEAM BUNDLE!!! All players must choose this and it includes:

    1. White Jersey

    2. Navy Jersey

    3. White Pants

    4. Navy Pants

    5. Orange Helmet

    6. Choice of Batpack or Catchers Bag

  6. When selecting sizes: choose correctly Youth or Adult!

  7. JERSEYS:

    1. When entering Player Last Name on Back of Jersey, enter PLAYER LAST NAME - GRAD YEAR all in this line. ie: “TROUTMAN-2024”

    2. Player Number (approved by your head coach 😉)

 

  • OPTIONAL ITEMS BUNDLE:

    • If you need Orange Jerseys and Orange Pants they are in this section. Follow the same process above for getting your name/grad year and number entered.

    • If you don't need belts or socks, click I DON'T NEED THIS ITEM on each item you don't need (we recommend you get from our Spirit Wear Store which will open again the 1st weekend of Sept.)

  • SHOP TEAM GEAR (if you want!)

    • Marucci is offering some great deals on their gear and equipment that is specifically priced for our Top Gun Families. Feel free to browse and shop around. Deals will last all year!

 

Please note: Custom items will not be processed until the current store closes. 

Sublimated items will ship 30 business days from store closing.  

Stock/non-custom items will ship within 3-5 business days of order placement.

Returns/Exchanges:

- Metal bats

If you purchased a metal bat through your team/organization’s personal item order website, you may return or exchange your bat within 60 days from the date you received the product. Bats must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Marucci will only exchange metal bats for another size or model at the same price point. Marucci will not refund or exchange any engraved or used bats. Visit www.maruccisports.com/returns to complete the return authorization form.

 

- Wood Bats

If you purchased a wood bat through your team/organization’s personal item order website, you may return or exchange your bat within 30 days from the date you received the product for another size in the same model or for another model at the same price point.  Wood bats must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Marucci will not exchange any engraved, customized or used wood bats. Visit www.maruccisports.com/returns to complete the return authorization form.

 

- Soft Goods

If you purchased batting gloves, wrist guards, bags or fielding gloves through your team/organization’s personal item order website, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date you received the product.  Batting gloves, wrist guards and bags must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.  Fielding gloves will fall under our 30-day Pro Fit Guarantee, which ensures an exchange for another glove model or a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Marucci will not refund or exchange any customized fielding gloves, customized/used bags or used batting gloves and wrist guards.

 

- Protective Gear

If you purchased a helmet or catcher’s gear through your team/organization’s personal item order website, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date you received the product. Batting helmets will fall under our 30-day Pro Fit Guarantee, which ensures an exchange for another helmet size or a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Catcher’s gear must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Marucci will provide a one-time repair or replacement within 12 months from the date of purchase, which will cover padding, workmanship, material, and manufacturing defects on all catcher’s gear. A replacement in regard to any of the following instances will be of the same size and color as originally purchased by the customer.

 

- Apparel

If you purchased non-customized apparel through your team/organization’s personal item order website, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date you received the product. The items must be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for an exchange. Marucci will not refund or exchange any customized apparel items. 

 

Once you’ve reviewed the Terms and Conditions above, please reach out to teamsales@maruccisports.com with your order number, and a sales support member will provide the next steps. Once you’ve received the return/exchange form, please return your Marucci product(s) to the following address:
